What is it?

A two day course with the three hour exam new style practitioner exam on the second day.
On passing the exam, participants will become PRINCE2^TM registered practitioners - an internationally recognised qualification.
This more advanced PRINCE2^TM qualification will enhance your resume.
This is about applying PRINCE2^TM and preparing for the practitioner exam.

• Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the principles of PRINCE2â"¢ and learn more about practical application.
• Going through the Practitioner workshop document and exercises.
• Providing some exam technique and guidance
  

Objectives are

• To consolidate the student's PRINCE2^TM Foundation knowledge.
• To understand how to apply the PRINCE2^TM approach to delivering projects.
• To understand how to tailor the PRINCE2^TM method to different project scenarios in different organisations.
• To pass the PRINCE2^TM Practitioner Exam (a three hour open book exam).
