Audience

The Manager's Bridging Course is designed to give existing holders of ITIL® Manager's Certificates from earlier ITIL® versions a fast way to an ITIL® V3 Diploma.

Pre-Requisites

A qualification of Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management is a prerequisite to this course, which can lead you to the highest level of individual qualification in IT Service Management and is recognised around the globe.
