Introduction
The CiscoWireless LAN Advanced Topics (CWLAT) v2.0 is a technical training course targeted to internal Cisco and channel external SEs and FEs. The goal of this course is to provide System Engineers and Field Engineers with a more in-depth understanding of the most innovative and comprehensive suite of WLAN solutions in the industry, spanning a wide range of customer sizes and needs.
Pre-Requisites
- To realize the full benefit from this course, the student should have attended Cisco Wireless LAN Fundamentals (CWLF).
Outcome
After completing this course the student should be able to:
- Describe detailed technical features, functions and benefits of the controller-based architecture
- Install and setup Cisco WCS and provide the information needed to configure aWLAN using Cisco WCS
- Manage the WLAN controller-based network with the Cisco WCS
- Troubleshoot and maintain aWLAN controller-based network
- Apply advanced applications toWLAN controller-based networks
- Administer security so that the WLAN controller-based network is safe from attack
