Introduction

This three day instructor-led course on Windows Server 2008 clustering provides students with the knowledge and skillsto implement, maintain, and troubleshoot clusters.

Pre-Requisites

This course requires that students meet the following prerequisites:
  • Experience with network load balancing
  • Basic knowledge of clustering theory
  • Experience in an enterprise environment managing applications and network topologies
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • In addition, students who attend this training should have technical knowledge equivalent to the following courses:
  1. Course 6420: Fundamentals of Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure and Application Platform
  2. Course 6421: Configuring and Troubleshooting a Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure.
