Statement of General Terms & Conditions

• Registration

  The attendees must be registered to attend training. A registration form must be completed to register the attendee on the specified course.

• Course Confirmation

  Where the attendee has booked a course in advance of the cancellation period, a course confirmation e-mail will be sent to the attendee, at least, 7 days prior to the commencement of training.

  Where the attendee has booked within the 7 day cancellation period a confirmation e-mail will be sent within a 24 hour period.

  Details included in course confirmation e-mail will include but is not limited to, Course Name and Code, Duration, Location, Trainers Name.

• Cancelations and Transfer

  Cancellations and transfers will only be accepted under the following terms:

  • 7 working days notice for application courses
  • 10 working days notice for technical courses

  Cancellation within the time period (7 or 10 days) may result in part (25% - 50%) or full payment of course fee depending on the booked course.

  Super Saver cancellations within the time period (7 or 10 days) will result in the consumption of a day of training.

  Participant substitution is free of charge at any time. Notify Knowledge Force with substitute participant details.

  • Extenuating Circumstances:

    Knowledge Force recognise that every situation may have extenuating circumstances that are out of your control. Please contact your Account Manager and explain your situation. This may result in no penalty being applied.

• Training Satisfaction Guarantee (TSG)

  Knowledge Force is confident in the quality of our trainers and the content of the delivery materials. We provide a money back guarantee minus the cost of the manual if the attendee is not satisfied. If there is any question regarding the quality of training or content please contact your account manager.
